Samrruddhi Healing Center presents a special workshop for kids. In this workshop kids can learn how to become a champion by tapping into the immense potential of their Sub-Conscious Mind. This is a fun, creative and engaging program for students designed to teach creative techniques of studying with which learning can be fun.

This program provides students with training on increasing their self-confidence, build self-esteem, identify their personal strengths, guidance on dealing with everyday challenges, improve on problem solving skills, cultivate good habits and resilience, learn mindfulness meditation and learn techniques of using subconscious mind to learn effectively and efficiently.
